Refund policy

At Santos, we want to ensure your satisfaction with your investment. We accept exchanges for items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that all refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, which you can use towards future purchases. We kindly ask that the items being returned are in their original condition and packaging, otherwise they may be subject to denial for an exchange or site credit refund. Limited Warranty offered by Santos Artisan


Santos Artisan stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our fine jewelry. We are pleased to offer a one-year limited warranty on our products, specifically covering instances of stones that may have been misplaced from its original piece. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies to original purchasers only.


Coverage


1. Stone Misplacement: If any stones fall off the jewelry within one year of purchase due to manufacturing defects or issues with craftsmanship, Santos Artisan will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to the client.


2. Repair or Replacement: Upon return of the defective item, our team will assess whether repair is feasible. If the item is deemed unrepairable, a replacement will be provided, subject to availability. If the original item is no longer available, a comparable replacement will be offered.


Exclusions


1. Lost Items: This warranty does not cover items that have been lost, misplaced, or stolen after purchase.


2. Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratching, bending of rings, or breakage of chains, are not covered under this warranty.


3. Modifications by Third Parties: Any modifications or alterations made to the jewelry by a third party outside of Santos Artisan will void this warranty.


Process


To avail of warranty services, customers must contact Santos Artisan Customer Service within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase. Upon approval, instructions for return or exchange will be provided.


Please note that this warranty is non-transferable and applies only to items purchased directly from Santos Artisan. It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper care.


Santos Artisan reserves the right to determine the validity of warranty claims and to make the final decision regarding repair or replacement of covered items.
